Nowadays, we see teenagers could receive sex content so easily from the new media, and we realized that the traditional media is no longer effective, so that we see it is important to provide them a comprehensive knowledge on sex education including safe sex, sex disease and proper knowledge through the web platform with interaction.
So, our work include that using web media feature to deliver sex education with interaction to the site visitors. Also, to allow teenagers understand the consequence of sex disease and to enhance the awareness of safe sex. We also hope to communicate/counseling the teenagers that need help.
2. Social background
Sexual offenses of teenagers in the recent years are still not decreasing. The current social education is not enough. Teenagers receives message different than before. Sex education website of Hong Kong is lack of interactive and not specific enough. Students are not interested to click in some actions of their own that can be involve and more interaction and communication.
Web media flooded with sex messages which are making teenagers curious about sex. A website could instill them the correct values as soon as possible to avoid adverse media publications and irresponsible misled. We need providing the appropriate and continuous counseling and guidance.
3. Conceptual background
1. ‘When you come to it you feel like a dork asking a guy to put a condom on’: is sex education addressing young people’s understandings of risk?
This paper presents the talk of 42 young people from a New Zealand secondary school who were questioned in-depth about the sex education programme they had received. They discussed a programme that concentrated on the ‘dangers’ and ‘risks’ of sexual intercourse and that failed to enhance negotiation skills or take into account the contexts in which sex occurred for many young people. Although participants were well aware of the public health discourses of the importance of condom use, the implications of putting these discourses into practice held the potential for ‘risks’ of a greater magnitude in the reality of their everyday life. The ‘risk’ to reputation and subjectivity overrode any ‘risks’ that may have occurred through non-use of condoms. This highlights the need for sex education programmes to put greater effort into developing skills of assertiveness, communication and empowerment.

2. Attitudes toward Sex Education and Values in Sex Education
This survey of 130 mothers of school children in grades 6, 9 and 12 in a school district in Ontario, Canada, found that most supported the teaching of sex education but were divided about which values should be taught. Whereas more than half disapproved of premarital sex, only one-third believed that an important objective of sex education should be to discourage premarital sex. Nevertheless, the strongest variable related both to attitudes toward the teaching of sex education and values in sex education was that of premarital sexual attitudes. Church attendance was not related to support for sex education but was related to the teaching of conservative values. These results clearly indicate the necessity for educators to be aware not only of whether parents support sex education but also of the values which they want to have presented.

7. Evaluation plan
We will start from different aspects to evaluate how successful of our project.
First, we will count the number of unique user. We expect there is more than 400 hit rate within 30 days. Also, average visit duration can show visitors have a high degree of interest of our content when the average residence time is longer. It can also increase the chances of re-visit.
Second, we are expecting that there are about 10 teenagers use “Contact us” to comment or ask question per week and About 50 teenagers plays and 35 likes our youtube game per week. To prove the success of our web page, we are expecting that about 30 people share our website to each of social media per week and about 300 followers within 30 days, which can make sure our content is high relevance and share value.
8. Contingency plan
We have find 3 big problems about our web and we give out solutions after we discuss in our meeting.
First, we worry that the page "Contact us" may fail to work as the system fault or have some error that may led to the visitors can't leave message to us. To avoid this problem, we have a admin to check the "Contact us" system work or not periodical. Once if the admin find the system fault, we will ask the visitors to go to our Facebook page to inbox us or they may Email to us as we hope we can still help the visitors to solve their problems when our system fault.
Besides the "Contact us" system, we also afraid the server get failure. Therefore, we need a technology team as to save the website as once if the server got problem. Also, we will announce the problem in our Facebook page as we need to let the visitors know they can still contact us or get information from our Facebook page if our web server can't work. We also need to have scheduled maintenance as we need to make sure that our web can work always.
Final, we have a YouTube video game in our "Video Game" page. We worry that our video in YouTube will be banned as the problem of copyright. For this problem, we will contact the official YouTube to know the reason as our video game is original. Besides, we will open one more YouTube channel to upload again the video as we need to let the visitors can keep playing on our website.
